- Your app version and macOS version.
- The steps before the problem and any error message.
- For purchase issues, the Creem order ID and purchase email.
- For license issues, only the last 4 characters of the key, never the full key.
Security reminder
SkillSlot support will never ask for passwords, complete card numbers, API keys, or a full license key. Remove personal or project secrets before sending logs or screenshots.
